www.ledmods.net - - dont work with him!
i know Paul had had some issues with is life and got a bad wrap but his 40% off special made me look past that - bad choice! i contacted him about doing work and said i would overnight gauges/havc to him on Tuesday's night. he would get them on Wednesday and do the work Wednesday/Thursday and re overnight on Thursday so i would have them back on Friday.
Friday came and went, i sent him an email asking where my gauges were, he told me he didn't make it to the post office on time and i would have them today (Saturday) it is Saturday and my mail has already come again with no gauges. i am furious right now. to the point of driving out to cali, without gauges to show Paul what i think about him.

Why would you create this post? I did absolutely nothing wrong. I kept in full contact with you, I shipped everything the day after I got the parts from you. I was a few minutes late and was arguing with the guy because I wanted to cut in line so I can make the truck, but he wouldn't allow it. The shipping is not in my control. They told me Saturday, and I relayed the message to you. I sent you an e-mail saying I'm looking into the tracking, and I'll be going to the post office to see what the deal is. I am doing what I can to make sure you get what you want, but if you have a problem with something, try to resolve it. You barely sent me an e-mail, and a few minutes later you put up this post.
Thank you Paul.
I just got off the phone with Paul. Faith has been revived. i still want my gauges but Paul did clue me in as to what is going on.
i will "testify" to the quality of the work once i get it but paul is pretty easy to communicate with just has some ....hmm.... developing to do as a business person.
he did take the time to call me which i do appreciate but the call was more to save his name rather then to actually talk to me and clue me in. in either case i got the call and should HOPEFULLY have my gauges on monday.

Paul IS a good guy. I've met the man in person. This thread really should not have been created so hastly. He did my gauges and they look great. PLEASE do business with the guy. He is a perfectionist! Bump for Paul @ LedMods.net! now edit ur post!
edit my post to say what? that my tach doesnt work properly my red to white color change needles look pink and mirror covered gauge trim has bubbles in it?
granted the needle color is my choice, but if he is a perfectionist he should have told me that it looked pink and asked me if i still wanted that... dont ya think?

yes, i asked for red to white, not pink to white... what is your point?
and i dont recall asking for my tach to not work(which i have fixed now thanks to all the other modders) or for the trim to have bubbles in it.

I have extended my help to you. I called you yesterday as soon as i found out the needle was not working right (In fact, I only found out because you so eagerly posted in a way as to diminish my reputation). I left you a very polite message offering my help to fix the problem. I also sent you an e-mail earlier this morning again extending my help. You really show that you have no interested in keeping a good business relationship with me, and you are steadfast in your attempt to create a poor name for myself.
You apparently do not want my help, you just want to bad mouth me, and you are not justified. I did everything you paid for, and although you had a problem, you did not come to a rational means to fix this.
My warranty on all my work goes for the duration of your ownership of the car. I am happy to fix this, but I don't think that is what you want. You wanted to find more reason to complain about me.
If you have a problem with me, address me personally, and we can work it out. There is no need to hastily and angrily post about me being unskilled. Its just not necessary.
I stand by my work being professional. Yes, the gauge clusters I mod do look great, the mirrored gauge trims I sell are great. I have modded close to 300 tc's alone, and have had very few problems. Problems do occur, and unhappy customers do arise. I am here and happy to fix it, and resolve any issues.

Lets take it back to preschool when we played with paint and crayons, what did you get when you mixed red and white?
Answer: lights red aka PINK. You got what you asked for imo.
As for the mirrored trim, that stuff looks rediculous to begin with. Its never looked good on any set of guages I've seen it on, but again, you asked for it.
The tach not working is really the only thing I can see that is out of your control.
