uh.... if it wasn't on the invoice how did they get it?

and i'm sorry you probably just put the wrong address in the box and now you're blaming zpi because you think you might be able to get away with it. i'm sorry but unless it was your billing address / in your e-mail or on the invoice they would have no way of sending it to an old address

yep i'm pretty sure its not ZPI's fault. its not like they can hack the universe and figure out where you lived 2 years ago.

And even so, it is a shipping mistake, can happen anywhere. As long as they take care of it quickly it is just a mishap. Have you had multiple other bad experiences with them? If not, then you shouldnt get all in a tiff over this. Plus, you gave them the address at some point or they would not have sent it there. The paypal comment above sounds like one way it could have happened.

no they called and said it was there fualt, they had shipped me somthing to that address when i lived there and so they used that address again. They said i put the right address on the invoice, but the person who shipped it messed it up, so they said they are making a new one and sending it as soon as its done.

Was up Everyone well i had the same problem i order the engine limiter mid June and i barely getting it this week. They took forever to get it. I think they should not charge shipping fee if they are taking forever.

Well, you provided little info to begin with, so what do you expect? And still, you start a thread because of a shipping mistake? Sounds like one of those pain customers companies hate to see coming. They admitted they made the mistake and took responsibility, so you have little to complain about, let alone start a thread to b!tch about it. And I am not in any way taking ZPI's side and defending them, I have heard plenty of legitimate complaints about waiting forever for parts from them (and have heard just as many good stories.. so I am not saying anything either way about them), but yours is a simple mistake. Just like we said, you at some point provided them that address.. they mistakenly shipped to it.

Well, at least they admitted thier problem and are trying to correct it. That's more than I can say for some other sellers here on SL.

And because they are trying to correct thier problem, I see no reason to start a complaint thread about them. How long did you wait for the phone call before you started this thread?

Anyways, I hope you get your parts soon. And this thread should be locked, or at least changed to something other than a complaint... IMO.

hmmm... sure sounds like complaining to me. At least give a company a chance to fix it before posting threads about them. Hell.. I would even give tctunerz that much.
