Default Another unhappy umnitza customer

hey guys this is yet another post about umnitza. i ordered some hids about 4 months ago now and had a bulb go out on me about three weeks ago. i contacted umnitza and the response i got was we are out of 6000k bulbs at this point but will be re-stocking soon. So i patiently waited meanwhile getting pulled over three times for the headlight that was out. I contacted them again saying i need a set of bulbs, idc if there 6000k-9000k, ill pay the difference. Finally last Tuesday umnitza finally repsonded saying they are back in stock and will ship one out right away. Almost a week past and have no bulb or confirmation of this bulb being sent out. ive been waiting almost a month for a stupid buld that keeps getting me pulled over. i could go get another set of HIDs but i shouldnt have to. This is terrible customer service and is getting ridiculous. Please dont buy from umnitza or the company that just bought them out!

Umnitza is a downright awful company to do business with. I would recommend buying from another sponsored seller on the site. The new company is going to fail fast that took their sales over for Umnitza. Their posts are being questioned and blasted already.

my headlight blew thats the reason i finally picked up some hids. i shouldnt have to go buy a new bulb after 3-4 months. i got the new hid bulb yesterday only to realize that both the bulb and ballast went. so now in the process of trying to get a ballast!

It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten my replacement bulb for my fogs yet. They say it will be here tomorrow. They better be here tomorrow.

We are sorry you have not received an update/replacement for your parts.

Look throughout the history of that thread that has over 600 responses and well over XXXX kits sold, we always did warranty for everyone.

During this transition period, unfortunately, some people are affected negatively, for that we apologize.

Don't lose faith, once the transition period is complete - mid to late next week, every warranty item will be handled by energia directly.
