Default An apology for a bad experience

One thing that we at SparksAI.com strive for is a great customer experience. I beleive that everyone understands not everything can go as planned, but in this case I beleive we owe the Scion community an appology.

In September we ran a promotion for BassForms enclosures. If you purchased one you would get the enclosure plus a free subwoofer. Bassforms told us that the build time would be 2-3 weeks for the enclosures. We had a flood of orders and a good portion of them went out without an issue, unfortunately 4 of them were delayed. Throughout the following weeks I stayed in touch with all of the customers communicating to them all of the information I was provided about what was happening with their orders. Unfortunately the ETA's kept slipping and nothing was shipped. Last week after a lot of phone calls I was able to get them to set a new ETA of the 15th. I communicated that it was very important that we kept this date and called every day to ensure it wasn't slipping. All along the way I was told the date was not a problem. Fast forward to today and I get another story. None of this really matters because in the end it was my company that made a promise to our customers. I have had to cancel all of the Bassforms orders still outstanding. The customers that purcahased them with the free subwoofer promotion have all been offered the subwoofer at no charge to them, and others that did not take advantage of the promotion have been offered additional concessions. All Bassforms products have been removed from my website and we will never carry them again.

I felt this situation deserved a public apology. We do not hide from our shortcomings and I promise we will strive to ensure this never happens again.

Wow! Thats stand up right there! Yea crap does happen but you seem to have done everything necessary to keep customers in good faith with you! I know i would be! Thats cool you took off there products as well!

I'm one of the customers still waiting and I can attest to the great communication Sparks provides. He always emails me back quickly and goes above and beyond to help me out with this problem. Would definetly order from again despite this problem which is out of his control.
