If anybody knows how I can get in touch with Ray that would be great.
I placed an order on March 29 and have yet to recieve my order.
The internet site isn't working and the email address isn't either.

dang! i hate that when it happen to me

 

I ordered Alphawerks header from HOS last month. They neglected to tell me it was no longer available - found out on my own.

Sent them an e-mail asking them to cancel my order. Never got a reply and my order status is still listed as "pending".

Not the way to run a business.

 

Took him a long time to send me my springs too ... I'll see if I can dig up another email addy for him for ya.

 

damn all i hear bout them is bad!!! my friend ordered his greddy axle-back exhaust for his tc and he told me it took them long as hell to send it out to him...he wanted to order the s-tech springs from them too but got them from a local shop here in town instead cuz he didnt want to have to wait for more than a month to get something he would get in about a week...there has to be a way you guys can get ur money back hopefully you guys get it soon...

 

I ordered my Kaminari hood from HOS about two years ago and dealt directly with Ray and he was great. For a while after that he was always very prominant on the forums and everyone had great things to say about Ray and HOS.

Only recently have I been hearing about all the negative PR they have been getting. I guess something must have happened business-wise to make the company go under? Ouch, that sucks.

Guess I wont recommend them anymore until I hear about things getting straightened out for everyone.

 

i have ordered from him before and it was great service and fast shipping.
He emailed me on April 3 that my order was shipping out. it is now April 16 and I can't get in touch with him.

 

if you can help me please do. i need to get ahold of him.

 

did you paypal him? if so try to get your money back!....check? cancel it.....credit card? deny the carge..be pro-active!!
