Not impressed. They operate online under several different names so sometimes they are hard to spot but the phone numbers on all the sites are the same.

I ordered a cat back system from them. When it arrived it was quite obvious that the box had been opened previously. I open the box to find only a muffler....no i-pipe, clamps, paperwork, NOTHING.

I called their so called sales people and got a woman who clearly knew nothing about autp parts. I had to explain to her what an i-pipe was. I asked if they could send me the missing parts.....nope. They wanted to charge my credit card another $500 to send me another exhaust and they would refund my first $500 within 6 weeks of receiving the defective one. I don't think so!

So, I sent the one with missing parts back, at my expense. I will not be doing business with them again.
