Bad buyer experience "JDMUltimate.com" Just sharin
I was looking for an intake on froogle.com for my xB and found what I thought was a Fujita 5 intake for a great price.
http://jdmultimate.com/Store/Product...SCION&Model=XB
Turns out the website is misleading and describes the whole intake system and as well as shows pictures of the whole system and then for my $56 they sent me a 6 inch extension piece that probably cost a dollar to make.
When I called them they said that I should have read the comments section of the webpage where the part number is CLEARLY (according to them) not the same part number as the whole system. How was I supposed to know.
I told them I would send it back for a refund, they told me that I was going to pay a 25% restocking fee plus I had to pay for the shipping! All because of their misleading website.
Wont shop there again.

1. Print a copy of the website for your records (pdf for portability)
2. email them saying you'll report them to BBB for misleading, and "bait and switch" if they don't allow a 100% refund including shipping.
2a. Or if you paid with credit card, call them up to reverse charges
3. Look into mailing laws, i forget the details but theres something about scamming via mail which is a larger offense across state lines. Once you get the details, you can use this on top of the BBB
**edit: no matter which option you choose, keep a cool head. You want to present these as factual recourse w/ their 'out' being making things right. No threats, no profanity.
