Ordered my Bassforms boxes for the tC 10-1-08

got 2day air shipping
The very next day they changed their price on the boxes boy $25 less each box and upped shipping.

A week later I got 1 of the two boxes.Now a month later and dozens of phone calls I am still waiting for my second box.

The quality of thier products is awsome......but their service has left me saying I will never buy from again.

At this point I am to have the second box by Wednesday,if it is not here by then I am gettign a full refund.

Sad when you buy a product that they say is in stock,guaranteed me it was in stock and over 5 weeks later I still do not have it.

I cannot reccomend this company at this point to anyone......

 

i have dealt with them in the past and had no problems. i did receive one item before the other, but the second item got to me 2 days later. which was no biggie.

that stinks that you are having problems with them.

 

Feeling a bit bitter at this point......called again today as my box was promised to be here......Fed ex has not picked it up from them but it was supposedly confirmed to have been in shop and correct and ready to go.

What ____es me off is I have a show December 7th that Performance Audio and Sound is covering and I really wanted my system finished by then.........

At best now if I get it in a week from now is I can mount the amp to the MDF, and maybe cover it in primer......and get my plexi cut ......

The quality of their products is awsome but for Gods sake they need to work on keeping the customer not waiting for 33 days now for a part they guaranteed in stock.

 

Finally got the second box today........happy with the product,I just seem to have been in a black hole at getting my product........now the fun part starts......2 weeks to build a false floor and get it all installed.may not get it painted due to time restraints,probably just carpet it to save time.

Performance Auto Sound is covering the show so I at least want it finished with carpet so it at least looks somewhat good.....LOL
