on 03/10/09 i ordered a cf front lip from street styler.com $250 plus free SHIPPING i placed the order and waited untill 03/20/09. I decided to call street styler but the notoriously never pick up there phones. so i wait till the next day and finally get a hold of someone. they stated that the shipped out 03/19/09 and was late shipping because they were out of stock!!! Well i said fine how long will it take? Sales man says" about 1-2 weeks. well ive waited over a month and STILL nothing. i call almost every week and get the same answer from the sales man. We shipped it out but its not in our hands now. it takes time. THAT is plain B.S i believe. I ask for a tracking number but he says he doesnt get the tracking number because its freight. the salesman says he shipped using a company called roadrunner. i looked up their phone number and decided to call them myselver (road Runner) i talk to a rep and they said that nothing was EVER shipped to my address or by my name. I call street styler back to confront them and they said " well they sometimes give it to a third party to ship and it could take longer.

Has anyone else had problems with this company?

 

i say call your credit card company/bank and say you never received the item you ordered and file a claim.
then they will charge you back the 250 back to your account temporarily until they have done enough research to say wither or not they will take back the 250 or will let you keep it.

then if you want, order a another cf lip kit from a more reputable place..cause ive never heard of this place :/

 

Well I know we use Roadrunner in our work and they are notorious for using a 3rd party to ship small items,just went through this on some valves for a HVAC system in one of our buildings,they were scheduled to arrive Monday morning,they arrived last night,by a third party of Roadrunner so it is possible it is sitting in a truck somewhere waiting to go out.

 

Man how is this road runner still in business. they sound like crap

 

wow i was going to buy the full CF lip kit for my BSP within the next week or so. ill do some research and make some calls. ive heard of them before quite often and ill let u know.

 

Same ____ here, I ordered two items 4/13/09, I ordered a front lip from Califonia on Ebay, and the rear and sides from streetstyler. Well non the less, I already got my front lip from ebay.

As per the street styler crap, they said it shipped out on 15th. I said ok, any tracking number and they said no cause its freight, I told him what company, he said roadrunner. So I decided to call roadrunner and nothing in the system. I called today and nothing as of yet, ive been waiting two weeks for someone that is about 1000 miles away.

Funny, part abou this whole crap is ………………… he said he shipped out the kit and my credit card has not been charged.

 

well i called street styler today and complain about my 2 month wait. she said that the item got lost somehow and that i can wait for another one. I explained to him that im not gonna wait another month for this to come in. I want a refund. he stated that i would be charged a fee if i want to cancel. i told him i was going to contact the Better Buisness bureau and contact my lawyer if he does that. His tone completly changed and he then canceled without a fee. NEVER EVER i dont care how cheap there website it order from this company. WORST experience i ever had

 

Hey guys I dont like to give bad feedback about shops but Streetstyler has been the only site that was impossible to work with, My problem was about 2 years ago and sounds like they haven't changed at all! which is pretty sad.
I had bought a front lip and it took 2 months for it to come in TWO months, with standard shipping! that was hell... but I finally got it. here's the catch with in those two months I called and called no answer, No call back, No reply's, Nothing... Here's a tip for you "quardboy47"
I made a complaint with BBB because I was so ____ed off and was tired of arguing with them without any helpful out come. I went threw all hole process and the sad part about it was that there was already a few open claims of them. Well BBB submitted the complain and "streetstyler" never replyed to the complain they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they had one unsatisfied customer, BBB couldn't do anything because it was unsuccessful at reaching "streetstyler" I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM.
Good luck I hope you receive your parts sooner them expected, Checkout BBB website and they will show you all open complaints with them.

 

i got my p1 kit from them back in 06. ordered it on a friday, had it on a wednesday. mine was fed-ex to me. seem that this roadrunne company is the main problem. it was good prica and fast delivery

 

The BBB wont do anything because they are not registered with them, yes they will try to help you but cant do anything.

Was your credit card ever charged initially? I was told that it was shipped and I woouldnt be charged untill I receive my item. This steve guy is gonna get it, I just suspended all charges and auth to card, and going to get another card re-issued to me so anythign that goes through after this is going to bounce back to him. Going somwhere else to get my lip.

 

well maybe u not getting it is a good thing. u should look into the other lips out there. the rs1/p1 lip is played out, every1 has this damn lip. i got it when it forst came out, now every1 has it

 

just ordered the sides and rear, my front is the NEW polyurethane front lip, looks like the P1 style but its not.

 

My gf ordered mine dec 17th i didnt get it til jan like 15th 16th
