Any potential buyers beware of a very flaky seller. Username 225xB

We agreed on the sale, agreed amount of money was PayPal-ed over.
He asked me to pay the paypal fee with an additional payment.
At that point he complained that he won't ship to Canada.
He was never asked to ship to a foreign country, address provided was US in every message.
Sent back the money with no explanation and sold the item to someone else. We both paid the paypal fee once each and for no complete sale.
He was extremely bad at communicating back and forth, never really reading what was said or asked and offering minimal information. Like pulling teeth out of an illiterate person.
