Default Caution: Don't Trust NST!

This is the first time I've had a bad experience buying parts and it sucks. I'm making this thread because I know a lot of tC owners get the NST crank pulley. NST has HORRIBLE customer service and at the moment has stole my money. On Sep. 17 I purchased the tC2 pulley for $157.50 with shipping. Within mintutes they sent an email saying that the pulleys were on back order and wouldn't be available till late October. I was fine with this. But something came up at home and I decided to cancel my order cause I needed the money. After multiple calls, which they NEVER answer their phone, and multiple emails they finally told me my order was canceled on Sep. 30th. In the email it also stated that I would receive a "company check" from USPS in the next couple weeks. Which makes no sense because they could have just refund my credited amount. Well after about 4 weeks I tried contacting them again and nothing. Once again multiple emails and calls with no response. So as of right now NST still has my $157.50 after almost 2 months of canceling an order.. Not even returning an item. Just be weary of this company I'm not sure if this is the first time or not but this is ridiculous.

Very sorry to hear this and unfortunately it is not the first time it has been brought up. That being said, we developed a Group Buy not too long ago for The Agency Power Pulley. It is lighter, cheaper and arrived at my door in 3 days with stickers and other goodies. Once the sour taste leaves your mouth definitely check it out.

NST has an "F" rating from the BBB.

That's sad to see. I think the forum should stop promoting their pulleys because that's the only reason I had heard of them.

I won't buy anything NST again. I had them on my 2008 Civic Si. I ordered them in summertime of 2009 and didn't receive them until after new years 2010. If you want a lightweight crank pulley may I suggest trying Agency Power.

One more thing, OBX makes a knockoff NST type 3 piece pulleys.

Call your credit card if that's what you used and dispute it.
