After 10 days he has remembered of shipped the injectors but he has shipped with USPS first class mail and I have paid for USPS priority mail international with tracking number because the First class doesn't arrive in Italy. He is a liar!

 

you didnt not pay for priority, you asked for it, i did first calss because thats all i could do u need to sit back and relax, and first class does arrive in italy because if it didnt then it would not have been able to ship out

 

btw guipo i advise that you cancel the dispute before i escalate it on paypal

 

no offense international shipping is one thing I would never do but good luck to both parties.

 

yea he needs to stop crying like a lil girl he bought a set of TRD 410cc injectors for 97 dollars WOW and like 12 of that was for shipping, he got a steal, he asked for priority shipping which cost 34 which leaves me with only 60 dollars for something that cost 110 per injector...WOW thos who live abroad ftl haha

you are a liar!!! I have asked you if you send the package with priority mail international the cost is $20 because the package is small and low weight. I have paid $104 with paypal and he sold the injector for $80 for me I made arrangements with him in this way and He had to sent 10 days ago and not yesterday!!!

 

you gave me 20 dollars for shipping and the shipping you asked for was 36 dollars, i wasnt going to out of my way to break my pockets just to ship something to you, i was told whether it was priority or flat rate it doesnt matter because things shipped to italy usually always take forever because you guys have the worst postal service, for this reason i went with the cheaper shipping route, and i wouldnt be complaining much before i tell customs that your trying to fraud them by claiming the item worth 2 dollars

 

Whether you took care of it or not, there is documented proof in the other thread where you said you were providing a tracking number "as soon as you got to work".. then a few days later said you just shipped the item.

Messing up and taking care of it is one thing. Lying during the process is inexcusable and warrants all the threads in the world to expose it.

Why do I care? Because many people on the forums send me their parts for modifications and have to trust that they will not only get the service they pay for, but also get their gauges, hvac, etc back from me when I say. Everytime another person comes along and does this crap over and over (usually lying to their customers about having a tracking number when it never shipped... or acting all apologetic and doing the same crap again.. etc) it makes everyone scared to do business with those of us on the forums that are honest. So it hurts everyone. Sort of the same concept as how all the shady, pos, shops out there make a bad name for those that do good, honest work. We went through this crap before with Paul (led work) and there was a definite impact to people trusting everyone else doing it.

If you mess up, admit it right off the bat and fix it. Dont tell people their parts are on the way and then admit later you just shipped them.

 

everytime i check this section of the forum, there is always a new post about cburglb34. why do you guys still buy from him if he has shown inconsistent feedbacks?

and cburglb34...why don't you just start treating ppl how you like to be treated? i'm not saying you are to be blamed for everything but at least be in close communication with your buyer to assure them that they are not being scammed...

Hmmm, i dont think he's a scam artest. Reason being is i screwed up with my paypal and sent him three payments and he promptly refunded the two extra ones. Not sure what his problem is tthough.

 

i never tried scamming anyone just i get lazy when it comes to shipping and procrastonate, hope you enjoy the new parts blueblitz, i was going to throw in my engine cover too but then i couldnt be ballin

 

Is there any tracking for the stuff you sent? Ive been in need of the ecu as you know so im just trying to figure out when its really going to get here so i can plan accordingly. Like i said i dont think you try to scam people you just have to get your priorities straight. I hope your telling the truth this time. I will make sure i let everyone know you followed through on this tread once i recieve the items. Thanks

 

YOU HAD SENT THE PACKAGE 10 days ago and after that I had contacted PAYPAL 5 days before with claim. You can tell whoever you want so the package will never arrive!!!
