Default Courtesty Scion/Toyota of Brandon, FL

I had a great experience with Courtesy Scion of Brandon. The man who sold me my car is Frank Champ. Top notch guy, really; I reccommend him to all of you. This was the only dealership that I visited where the salesman did not try to take advantage of my status as active duty military, and did not try to talk me out of using my credit union for financing. He answered all of my questions accurately, and when I asked him something he didn't know, he responded honestly that he didn't know, but he would find out. We even had a small dispute over the price of the floormats. The dealership was trying to charge more than was listed on the website, but I showed him the printout, he took it to his boss, and I got it for the lower price. The administration people even did all of the extra paperwork to get my Alaska title and registration. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I got the car that I wanted at a good price, with all of the options that I wanted. Thumbs up!

That, my friend, is a violation of the Scion covonant. Everything Scion related must have a posted price somewhere and the dealership is not allowed to deviate from it.

Good point. The problem turned out to be that they were quoting me the price for the floor mats with the cargo mat.

Floor Mats: $66
Floor Mats with Cargo Mat: $120

The price I had was for floor mats only. Small misunderstanding, but I got a free cargo mat out of it. I was simply trying to highlight that they didn't call me a liar when I disputed the price.

I went to Toyota/Scion of Orlando. They were great as well.
Yeah, I think they charged $65 for floor mats.
I thought the net in the back was a cargo net, but it ended being a spare tire net thing.
