I ordered a custom boot from them in January. Been in touch with them ever since. I messed up the install on my boot (cuz im special like that) and all I had to do was email them a pic and they helped me get it right. They know their stuff for sure and are willing to point you in the right direction if need be. Friendly and interested in helping the customer for sure.
