Default Dealer scratched my rim... can't buy them new, what can I do

OK... here it is...

The dealer scratched my front passenger rim 3 days after I got them. I bought them used but they are in new condition. The dealer wanted to fix it and I said "No I think it will be better for you guys just to go ahead and buy me, because if I can still tell it was scratched I will want a new one anyway." THey said ok and got a local performance shop to order one.

The shop ordered one but it kept coming in the wrong color. (this happened 3 times) and finally it came in the right color after 2 MONTHS. So yesterday I dropped my car off to get the new wheel put on. I pick it up afterwork and the old wheel is still on there. I was like WTF?

SO the service manager explained to me that the wheel that came in must be a newer style. I have the Rays G-games and around the edge there are little grooves. On mine they are filled in but on the new style they are hollow. They sent it back to the performance shop.

I talked to the manager at the performance shop and basically he said there was nothing they could do because they must not make my style wheel anymore. They told me to look around on ebay and see if I can find one. No one on ebay sells just one wheel though they sell all 4.

So I am going to call the dealer tomorrow and try and get something out of them...but I have a feeling they are just going to give me the same answer "that they can't do anything". I don't think I can convince them to buy a whole new set, because they only scratched 1. This wheel issue was on top of my mirror issue that took 6 months and I lost count how of how many times I came in for it because it wouldn't autodim, but they finally fixed that yesterday.

What do you guys think I should do?
