This is quite possibly the worst dealership ever. I just had a HORRIBLE experience with them, from the time I ORDERED my tc, up until the most recent service trip when they said they couldn't hear a quite distinct rattle coming from my driver's side dash/door area "because my exhaust is too loud." THATS BS! its barely louder than stock!! then how the F can I hear the damn rattle every day when i drive on the hiway??!

Then, they tried to charge me $200+ for ONE stock Potenza tire...I went to CONICELLI toyota/Scion and they gave me a 'take off' for 100 bucks..They said ALL the dealerships have them, they come off when people upgrade to the 18" Enkei's and sell them cheap...but SLOANE curiously did not tell me anything about this.

Everytime I bring my car in with a problem, it seems like they spend the whole time thinking up some excuse about why they can't fix it rather than actually working on the car. INCOMPETENCE is an understatement at this place..

Just wanted everyone to know that.

 

Call Scion HQ...seriously.

 

I think you can contact scion about ur situation and tell them what happen cause my saleslady was awesome.

 

whats the number...I think i tried that 866 scion number or whatever it was..IT got me NOWHERE.

Concerning the squeaky clutch pedal, they basically said I have to go to ARBITRATION/Dispute settlement BS

 

I went there to test drive a tc before I got mine. SLOANE Toyota SCION in DEVON, PA are the worst dealer I have ever went to. That dealer only 3 miles away from my home, but I WILL NEVER go there myself and will NEVER recommand anyone go there.

All sales people in that dealer are rude and mindless

 

hmm..check scion,com yet? or maybe call another scion dealer to see if they can help you out. i thought that 866number was suppose to give them feedback.
