Ok I am getting sick of seeing so many different threads on ZPI covering the EXACT SAME topics. So Please, for the sake of people on ScionLife and those trying to keep up, lets just have one thread going with all the ZPI comments, that way there is no need to be crossreferencing threads and repeating our selves.

 

There will be more. Making this thread just creates another "I love ZPI/ZPI can suck a fat one" rivalry

But imagin is correct, ZPI is the most polarizing vendor on SL and people have a lot of passion for or against the company. Some of the criticism is brought on by ZPI customer service, much of it is from misinformed customers who don't bother communicating with ZPI. Either way customers and ZPI need to do a better job keeping in touch with each other to avoid their issues being brought to SL and other forums.
