you can take a look and the TC firmware thread too. alot of people upset because there is not contact at all. i almost forked out 800 when it started. the funny thing is from what i see, they are able to have distributors but yet, haven't fulfilled customers who already placed orders. they are thinking money not service. i think anyone can run a business better than them.

donscion, I'm curious how you know so much about whats going on at a shop in CA when your from NY? Do you have ownership ties in the company, are you an investor? And what have you received from them, it appears all you carbon is MotorFX just really curious why you have such strong positive opinions about them, when so many people have had nightmares with them.

JIM, I admire your patience in this matter.... anyone jack me around for months on end and not keep me updated or even worse IGNORE messages to be called, better get used to me telling everyone in the free world what a lousy company they are. From May 4th to Oct. 16th???? Four more months and you could have a baby!! Because it sure sounds like you were screwed!

I too had awful experiences with Firmware. I tried time and time again to GIVE THEM MONEY for product, and I was ignored or lied too.

What happend to Jim would probably have been what happend to me if I had persisted in trying to GIVE THEM MY MONEY.

I even tried to order them from C2 Auto. They said they could get the parts for me "shortly" but never got back to me.

Some thing smells rotten......

I had the same issues and ended up backing out of the group buy after not being able to send them money via paypal and then Jouse calling me at midnight from a bar to ask what parts I wanted. Truly a Mickey Mouse operation and if they spent half as much time on their composite parts as they did on a website they might be a big player in the industry!

I was at exposed this weekend and saw the panel that Jim had and they were awful! I mean Jim managed the best with what was sent to him but the fitment wasn't even close and the quality of the lay up was awful. I mean they looked like they were produced in someone’s garage in about an hour... kinda like lenscrafters. Maybe that should be there motto: FWW Carbon and Fiberglass made in about an hour... shipped in about 8 mths! lol

I would like to chime in if i may. What i dont understand is why a business such as this would give the run around with so many potential customers. IF one of the owners had an accident or was in trouble which could have caused production to stop or be limited, why not inform the customers as such? IF some one places an order under the assumption that they will recieve their items before some have been on a waiting list for over 5 months ... how can they expect to get the parts before those who were first in line? Me personally, i like the post by someone who stated that this person Josue and/or Mike were employess of his and NOT to buy from them cause its a fraud. Yet there are still those who are placing orders and awaiting parts.

You know, there are cults who believe that their God will come again ... via commit ... WWIII ... or fire end of earth. They spend their entire lives waiting for something. Sound familiar?

Just to help you all see what type of people you are really dealing with here is a IM I got from your buddy Josue shortly after making my post:

lol people like you make me laugh because as soon as the products come out and my car wins best at sema neveda i want you to say sorry in my face and i will fly all the way down there just for that and if your to chicken to give your name i understand go hide behind you daddy shadow mr jim box. and thatnks for the luck but i know where i wont need your luck is when my scion goes against yours then the tables will be turn and just for in cause you didnt know i am the owner of the blue tc wide body. which is number one in the west and soon to be number one in your east coast
This was his 3rd IM to me, the first telling my I was a lier, the second demanding to know what my full name was(why I still don't know) and then finally this.

I guess maybe they are to busy making parts for their own cars with the money they leached out of potential customers so they can do great things like win at SEMA!

Well firmwaretc or Josue I guess we will just see how great your products are later this month, one question though are they gonna be your products?

Oh yeah PS buy a map we are across from you not down

PSS if so much is going on out there, how about some picts of your shop or the production facility? Lets see the setup you are using for the production of your parts as well as the progress you have made. I mean you must have a load of molds laying around, vacuum bag system, plenty of resin and rolls of cloth. Maybe people would rest easier seeing some picts of their parts being made.

still here but i dont feel like argueing., its pointless i know what i know. and i stand by firmware 150% if you guys dont want to deal with them becuase there is a wait on the parts then w/e YOUR loss. i will wait paitently for my parts and will be happy when i get them.

oh and btw. i talked to josue earlier. and about the "call from a bar comment" thats bull. he never called anyone from a bar. im sure that out of EVERYONE that they have talked to the spoke with me the most (straight from josues mouth) and he has NEVER called me from a bar.

and dude he doesnt even know who you are so how are you gonna add to an arguement about having a bad experiance when he doesnt even know who you are?

im here and i will support them till the end (which is not any time soon).

on a side note. i have never been lied to. and maybe people take certain things the wrong way. but firmware doesnt lie. there might have been a miscomunication some where that was blown WAY outta proportion which lead to this mess.

and for the 1 person that said that this is gonna be ZPI all over again HA! thats funny.

anyways

firmware worx just ran into some personal and other problems that are sorted out. and are in full production. so for those of you that have beared with them this long. please bear with them for a little longer. you wont regret it!!

lol of course he is going to be backing them. he is sponsered by them. it does help to have someone on the other side of the country help leech money out of other scion owners. give me an address so i can go see their warehouse and production then. i'm not far away and i'll check.

Now if others that are not sponsored have praise for them, then let them post and let the people decide if they want to do business with them or not.. Simple as that.
late post, but i didn't realize this was moved. Moving on....

Maybe you have not been up to date on the other thread or the many pics I have posted with their actual products installed in my car?
I have FWW products both on the inside and the outside of my car. I'm rocking the cf mirror covers, the cf midsection door panels and the cf arm rest cover. Soon to come is the cf guage cluster and another item that I cannot disclose yet.

I've had nothing but good business with Josue and Mike @ FWW. I do not own stock in them, I am not an employee, I do not have ownership ties, none of that. I was patient from the beginning and displayed a positive attitude with them all. I PROUDLY showed off all of their products and every single person wants to get their hands on them. FWW IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT IS PROVIDING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE TO SCION OWNERS.
btw, the caps lock was done purposely.

There are always two sides to a story. Don't just listen to one side and immediately assume FWW is the bad guy.

I cant wait to post pics of the new stuff, having all the haters and losers begging for forgiveness. Im just waiting...

Dont talk ____ about a company if you dont have experience with them. I had to say it. You guys know who you are.
Just like dave said, im sticking with FWW, regardless of my sponsorship or not.
FWW RULES

I do not have enough room for the remaining 20 million items I have to add on to my sig. I wish there was no limit. Anyways, I'm half white-half carbon! Looking to be mostly carbon sometime soon...

explain to me all the back orders the company has then and a bunch of people who haven't received their product or received it and the product has defects. also you said be patient, so a person should wait 5+ months for something when they were promised 3-4 weeks? why make promises and you can't keep them. what i really think people are angry is that, they paid for items, then get promises that aren't kept and get excuses after excuses. and the problem drags on. i never said their product is bad, the problem is the service and the broken promises THEY made to customers. i think this is what frustrates everyone the most. no info or updates what so ever except its coming its coming

Here is a copy from Firmware reply/message to me, as I have nothing to hide. Since I never got an invoice, I asked Firmware for documentation for my insurance company to advise them of the true replacement value of my doors. Josue gladly said he will do that. I was waiting several weeks for that, but of course another lie.

Oh, thanks Josue for the quick response. I think you broke the Firmware record. You should responsed to all your customers in this quick manner. LOL

Josue's Message:
i just wanted to let you know that just as you have done with us we will also do with you the call that you left cursing me out and damanding things to you will be posted up so people can see how there hero really is. i hope you are happy with what your doing and by the way the invoice will be sent for three hundred dollars for all four doors because that is what you paid and there will be no letter sent to you for those doors that you have. you want us to give you an invioce stateing that you paid more then you did your crazy that is fraud mr jimxb and we will not do that for you so just as you have sctarched our back soooo will we.

well what the invoice should say is the MRSP and then it should show the discount given because of sponsership. they can just show its 300 but it will not show in the books correctly. i'm not going into details because i don't need to, what i think they should do is, get an accountant
