thats sucks.. hopefully he'll get back to you. but which parts are you missing, i think you can get those from NRG.. they have pretty good customer service, and they gave me a pretty good deal on replacement parts

 

hearing and reading all this crap on here scares me....it happened to me but gezz...its annoying...the scams...unfair people...just everything good luck with getting your stuff you need

I did contact NRG, it's $20. I shouldn't have to pay $20. I would have just bought it new if I knew I was going through all this crap.

I have dealt with him and everything went well.

 

Not saying he's a bad person or anything. Just didn't package well. He contacted me today and said he was having this corrected. Good communication. Great guy. Just shipping didn't go to well...

 

Took some time and it was with NRG processing everything. But Ricky did take care of everything and followed through. Great guy! Would not hesitate to deal with him again.
