So I bought a 'doc I's radiator plate' from cz3CH on 3/26/07 and haven't received it yet (https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...light=#2444012).

I've heard from a couple other people on ScionLife that they paid cz3ch and haven't received their products either. He said he sent mine on 3/27, and now it's 4/18 but no radiator plate.

I'm just wondering - how many other people on ScionLife has cz3ch stolen from?

 

hey, got your pm. i bought a clutch and flywheel from him. paid 3/28 and 4/3 (2 part payment) and nothing yet.

im hoping it shows up but doesn't look promising.

 

I sent him a powdercoated valve cover and I was supposed to get his in return as a core.

He said he shipped it, 3 weeks later it never showed. We both agreed it must of gotten lost. He said he would ship his spare out. 2 weeks later he said he shipped it out. 2 weeks later still no cover.
This has been going on for a very long time.
I told him I did not receive it and has not gotten back to me.

If he reads this you owe me $150. paypal it to me. oh wait, that might get lost also.

Thanks for the slam Derek. I rarely get on SL any longer since I do not own a Scion but I did want to address your issue.

The radiator plate was oversold. I had two in hand and I was sent more payments than I had product. I overlooked it and once you brought it to my attention, was refunded. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I understand that this has been going on a very long time. And yes I sent you a 2nd valve cover via USPS. If you prefer I will pull yet another one locally and provide you with UPS shipping/tracking instead? Email me directly and let me know what works best for you. I've sold to over 100 people online here without any problems and would like to resolve any issues. Last thing I need is to be the next ZPI.. lol

 

What Derek is not telling you is once the issue was brought to my attention, I happily and immediately refunded his money.

I wouldn't give yourself too much credit there, buddy. It took me 3 weeks and 8 emails (including threatening to take legal action against you) before you finally refunded my money back to me. I'm waiting until the refund clears and the money is actually in my paypal account before I post an update about it here.

Keep the flames going all you want. Yes you threatening legal action over a 20$ oversight (which I admitted to and realized it was a mistake on my part) really proves your alleged point. Speaking of legal, shall we talk about the PMs that you sent that could border on libel? Your funds will clear through your bank without any concern. Now please drive through...

Anyone who had problems with shipping or didn't receive their product and were promised a refund or a replacement has been taken care of. So if I'm a rip-off artist, then why am I giving refunds or replacements?

Im sure you offered a replacement, cause the original parts are probably still in your garage..you act like you got a bunch of tC parts laying around.....The only reason I put this here is to make people aware of your wrong doings.

 

I had to offer replacements to one person, and it came out of my pocket. Not out of my garage. Come by any time and see for yourself. The only thing for my old tC is an unopened Momo Hub adapter and my Fiberglass enclosure..
