Bought my first kit earlier this month.

Noticed that one of the bulbs flickers, I switched over the ballast and the other bulb started flickering, so it definitely was the ballast. The bulb that was on the bad ballast always flickered while the good ballast never caused the bulb to flicker.

I contacted RMA and went through the process of exchanging the ballast. Still waiting for a response. I'll keep you guys updated.

Update: Emailed them last night with the return information, they emailed me today and said the new ballast would be shipped out 5-7 business days.

I received an e-mail back and they are willing to swap ballasts, since I think I just had a bad ballast.

The only thing that sucks is in my fit of rage I forgot to mark which one was the bad one, so I have to reconnect the Relay Harness and figure out which one is the bad one

I hope yalls new replacement works. I've been rocking HIDextra kits for over two years now and never ran into a problem. I'm also running an optional relay harness.

I'm thinking of either picking up a relay or some high-performance halogens.

Lol go pick one up man. It's only like $15. It's funny how a lot of my friends have HIDs with no relay harness and then all of a sudden one of their bulbs are out.

I recommend sticking with 5K. Better light output and purist white giving it a nice clean look. I used to want a blue tint to my lights but that was back in the day and the fact that there are so many knock off cheapo bulbs that pull off that look it got played out.
