michelle i ordered a bi-xenon 8000k kit from you a few weeks ago. i placed my order over the phone. you sent me a bi-xenon H4 kit. when i got the kit the housing are way to big...i called and talked to a rep and they told me to send them back to you and they would send me the right kit. on your website you do not have a bi-xenon 9006 kit listed. what are my options because the H4 kit is obviously NOT going to work for my application (2005 Scion TC)

Hi Sam,

the 9006 does not come with dual beam, it only comes in single beam.
Unless you told me you had changed to custom housing I would have givin you info that your low beam is below. I am currently overseas therefore you have probably talked to someone else at the time.

2005 SCION TC
Low beam headlamp
9006
High beam headlamp
9005

Please sent back for exchange to 9006. Thanks!

Hi,

Follow the RMA instructions below to get a RMA info, then return the whole bi-xenon kit, once received we will send you the 9006 kit and refund you $30 back to the original payment method paypal or credit card that you used, and a relay harness is not needed for any scion cars and may cause more problems if you use them. if you insist you can also request a relay harness for $16 and your refund will be $14 after that. Thanks!

Before sending us warranty package, you MUST go to our RMA web site at: http://hidsupport.com/rma/ and follow the following for warranty process.
1. Click on "Submit a new ticket" to apply for a new RMA ticket.
2. Fill out the new ticket form.
3. Leave at message box whether you would like to send parts back for warranty replacement, exchange or refund.
4. Create your own password and click "submit."
5. After submit the new ticket, your ticket id will show on next screen.
6. The Ticket number is your RMA number, please print the RMA number on the box.
7. An email confirmation will be send to your email address.

After we receive your parts, we will update the status of your warranty under your ticket ID.
Please go to http://hidsupport.com/rma/ for updates by using your E-mail address and password.

Along with the part you send back, please include the following:

1. Your full billing name, mail address, phone number and returning address.
2. Ticket number for your return item.
3. A copy of your original receipt.
4. Specify the problem you are experiencing on the receipt or the issues you like to be resolve with this purchase.

Please send the parts back to:

HID Systems Inc.
Attn: RMA
PO Box 1974
Fremont, CA 94538-0197
USA

Please make sure the parts you send back are wrapped properly to avoid damage during shipping. We do apologize in advance but we cannot exchange or refund if the HID parts sent back are damaged during shipping.

Thank you,
Michelle

Does anyone have a scion with a 6000K kit on it, I would like to see how they look. And how about for those people that have bought their kit from HIDExtra, how are they turning out to be?

I would say... A better picture. I have a 2010 Scion tC, so it comes with projectors...

well, basically, i just want a better picture. Also, has any one ran into problems with 'the law' with 6000K or 8000k
