I don't like sticking my nose in this, but working with Jon for a long time, I can vouch for his character, this appears to be a mistake on his part, and he appears to have made the correct measures after the fact to address them.

That is the best any vendor can do, find the mistake, attempt a remedy, and hope the customer accepts or at least declines wearily any offers.

You guys have valid concerns. Jon has some good apologies.
