another props for vitek and kozz tuning.

bought an espelir jgt500 from him... sent on monday, received wednesday.

admittedly, the packaging could have been done a bit better (the hanger was sticking out the side of the box), but the exhaust was in great shape.. and at a GREAT price!

don't have any qualms about buying from vitek, i'm definitely going to buy again in the future.

KOZZ TUNING you need to answer your phone or reply to my emails. It has been over 20 days now and I want my parts or my money refunded.

 

Sounds like its time to call in theat credit card cancellation.

 

I think I have to give him 30 days from the time he charged me (still need to look that up).

I have referred customers to Vitek @ kozz when I could not get the products and he has always come through, He a reputable dealer in my book. Bill

 

That is the reason why I decided to order stuff through him. Everyone seemed to be having good experiences with him, so I figured it was safe. I sent him a check (my mistake) and it's been a month now... and I haven't heard back from him in 2 weeks. He won't answer the phone or reply to e-mails. I hope that he's legitimately busy, i.e., in the hospital, on a business trip... something.

Can anyone in the area meet with him in person? I ordered the Tein hood struts and Progress rear sway bar last month and I haven't seen anything.

Lawyer time?

 

Doesn't sound good. (understatement). How was the service before ordering?

I ask only because I was going to get some springs from him and always got quick e-mails back (within a couple of hours), but wife was talking divorce if I spent money we didn't have...Hope everything is well and you get your parts/money back ASAP

Yeah, he took off his answering machine message too. I keep trying to e-mail him, but no luck.

 

He also took off all his information on the site, such as address and phone number. You guys should take a legal action before this jerk run away
