I'm afraid my friend....that either u sell this to someone who doesn't mind having a cracked hood (for cheap obviously) or give it to someone if u don't want it takin space in yr garage

that doesnt sound like brian.. if you really are gettin screwed, your gonna get screwed big time, he is a police officer, so its not like you cna contact the authorities, they would be on his side
um...it also could have happened during shipping, especially since it's a coast to coast shipping. My hood was perfect and had no problems or issues, and a few other things i got from them were great!!
You could always have a reputable body/paint shop look at it and see if they could sand it down and paint it. That way it looks stock but you get the benefits of a lighter hood. Unless of course you really want that CF look(I know I like mine), then you could try to sell it someone else that would like to have it painted. Sorry for the misfortune though.

usually Brian or any other company would file a complaint against whoever shipped it (assuming shipment was insured) and then when it goes thru he/they is/are able to send you a replacement.
do realize that he is a one-man business and can get easily overloaded... as well as him needing to take care of other priorities.
