Eight08Customs < Bad Buyer Experience
I ordered their license plate relocator on July 27th from their website. I paid through PayPal. Time passed, sent him some emails. No response. Called the number and was a guy who picked up. He said he was in the process of moving and didn't have internet. I had filed a dispute earlier, he said to close the dispute so he can receive the money since it was on hold so he can ship it out. It's been about 2 weeks since I closed the dispute. I even called him a week ago, he said he'll get to it. Still no action. I'm trying to get PayPal to open up the case again and I'm calling him everyday until I get an answer. I'm not saying he scam, but just bad business practices, bad communication.

so the guy sent me back a refund via paypal, he said in the comments that his orders were all messed up due to his moving and not having internet. sigh i really want the relocator and wished someone else managed the website too.
