I am part of the Canadian group that is doing research about the Scion. Because the car is not available up north yet, we have no one else to ask these questions to other than you. The next set of questions are more in-depth than the ones previously posted but after these there will be no more.... Guaranteed!




Growing up, did your family always own at least 1 car from the same manufacturer? If yes, what kind? (i.e. We always had 1 Volkswagen in the drive way)

Do your think that you value the same things in a car as your father? Mother?

If I had about 4 1/2 years to spare I would answer all your questions. Come to U.S. buy a Scion, drive it home to Canada or wherever you said you are from. I love mine, and most people who have them do too, the end!
P.S. Do Canadians really have those floppy top heads like on South Park?

Your in market research. I normaly get paid from market research Co. to answer questions like that.

You need to change your flag to black and white...get rid of the leaf ... put a cow there ... then you would be COWnadia!

When we had our first oldsmobile we used to drive far for sporting events that was fun

My father's gmc broke down and we were stranded for an hour

Friends were intrigued, lots of questions... they liked it... most of them supported my decision

positive affect... always want to drive it

they told me it was too small (i own a tc)

Didn't really care

How many hours did you research Scion attributes before you actually purchased it?
roughly 10 altogether

What cars did you consider to be alternatives during the research phase?
Acura, Alero, Civic and Grand Am

What was the most informative source during your research? (i.e. web site, advertisement, dealership)
dealerships

How many times did you go to the dealership before purchasing?
about 5

How many times did you test drive the Scion? How long was each test drive?
twice, one was 20 mins and the other was 45 when i bought it

List 2 hesitations you had about purchasing the Scion?
1. hard to choose between my other options
2. new car... what will other people think
