That's some amazing work. I don't think I could mess something up that bad if I tried...
Just a word of advice, move further away from the object and zoom in, gives the camera lens the required distance to properly focus.

what you should do is not go back to them, find a more reliable shop and get it done there.

We have built some of so-cals best tc's and many other classic show cars. We have been seen in many of the most popular mag, Tv shows , Commercials, and much more!! Seems to me like you have had some problems with something you don't know much about. You can not mold anything to polyurethane which your rear lip is made of. We do not disregard any request from a customer instead we find ways of working around these problems...we use something called 40 40 which will work with binding to polyurethane, unfortunately 40 40 can not heat up or it will bubble. If you have an after market exhaust that dose not sit properly it can make this happen on something that is so close to your exhaust. As far as your hatch goes, That is after market as well which will never fit as good as your oem hatch some of the more high end carbon products you are able to use the stock shock. Bottom line is you are wasting your time writing things like this on Scion life instead pick up the phone and give us a call (81786-9668. I understand you have said you left voice mails and wrote emails but we check our voice mails twice a day and we check are email all day long. AA Autoworks prides our self in customer service and we would never turn any one away.
