-UPDATE AGAIN-

A similar experience with Precision Toyota/Scion in Tucson,AZ. I went in on Sat for my first oil change and have them remove the last emblem a dealer one on the rear hatch. I get my box back and there is a scratch about 1.5 inch long. Dropped the car off today to have it repainted, I will see how it is tomorrow.

-FINAL UPDATE-
I finally got hold of them and told them to just take it off completely and refund the money so i could get a pedestal spoiler instead, they had no problem with it, and jeff even got me an awesome deal on the spoiler. when i picked up my car they had even filled it up with gas and detailed it....all that cuz of a stupid sticker
