I ordered something on Tuesday, transaction got "approved right away". It's been 2-3 days, still no tracking #.

Emailed on Wednesday, called 5 times on Thursday (I called at 3pm Eastern, that's 4 Central) still no response from them

 

that sucks, im pretty sure they have a good excuse man..they are usually very good with their customer service

 

I've had the same experience as uhsentc, ordered a part from them. Went to install a bushing kit that I purchased from them and realized that a snap ring was missing. I've been trying to contact them from two weeks with no luck and finally after calling them out on facebook get this as a response:



NST still has the kit listed for sale today even though they're out of stock on the snap rings.

 

NST pulls this kind of crap a lot. I ordered a 55 mm pulley from them and it took 3 months. Never answered any calls or returned my messages during that time either and to top it off they sent the wrong friggn belt :-/
