Then answer:

Did ZPI take money from someone without providing a service or a product?

Im not implying anything or asking it to be read into. Just two simple questions.

This is rediculous. I have one PM and that is from John whom I PM'ed myself trying to get this straight. I expected that with this many pages of complaints my box would be full and I would be having complaints about THAT.

PLEASE If ZPI or Kenny OWE YOU SOMETHING that you feel you have not recieved or will not for whatever reason please send ME HillBilly a PM at ScionLife with details about the situation, any purchase or order info and I will see what I can do to get it out ASAP. Kesha and Kenny know what needs to go and are working to get it out. I believe all pending orders that are NOT Turbos should be out by Friday but I will not promise you anything more than August 1st. Turbo's should go before August 1st but hey I bet you hope it doesn't go until the 2nd and I am not a liar about the refund part. Well I happen to know the turbo guys won't compain about anything because they just want their boost.

Keith use to sell there products... he doesnt make kits. He got banned for standing up for what he believes in... Many people that favored ZPI knew his story.

Like I posted in the other thread... You came on here, acted netural... but now it looks like you work for ZPI... I love the 1,000 ZPI names and none of them have returned money to the people that are asking for it... Nester posts on Scion-tech all day long... But according to Kennys letter they arent posting online or dealing with this so called web drama.

Two months ago I sent you an e-mail asking for your help because I was not successfull at getting an update on my Stage 0 tC Turbo kit order from ZPI it was already 2 month overdue -I never got a reply from you. I also had some questions on BOV and why it had been removed from the base Stage 0 package.

I finally got the BOV questions answered after a few more e-mails to ZPI. I'm still waiting on my kit.

 

Perhaps. However, unless Kenny says I can't post on SL, then I will continue to do so. I'm not sure why this is an issue.

I apologize. I have searched through my email looking for that email, and I can not find it. It is possible it got blocked by my spam filter or that I inadvertently deleted the message.

The spam filter doesn't send a bounce message, it accepts it as a normal message and then vaporizes it.

No more personal or flaming attacks will go on in this thread... I understand the tension and dissapointment/conflict, and await the resolution from Hillbilly and ZPI as a whole in the next few weeks...

If there is no resolution, I can understand, and it is being observed and will be discussed at that point.

Until then, please exercise TACT, and self-discipline on both sides of this issue and allow responsible and respectful resolutions to be reached.

 

Ok. So here is my experience with ZPI....I ordered a set of Tein Coilovers and an HID kit on May 28th -ish. A month later I still didn't have any of my stuff or really any updates on the progress of my order. My 3-5 day shipping was now nearing the one and a half month mark with none of my products being shipped. This is around when Danny (Hillbilly) showed up. A day after the official ZPI website put up the notice about their new VP of Buisness Affairs he had contacted me through PM AND email trying to get my order straightened out. To make a long story short I now have a UPS tracking number and my coilovers are on thier way and my HIDs are to be shipped tommorrow.

I think Danny is doing great things for this company and all the ZPI bashers should just wait a few months and see what kind of shape ZPI will be in then.

 

My pulley finally came in today and its awesome. Also got a free t-shirt. Had 3 people in the car durring the test drive and it drove like they werent there. The Tein springs i ordered from them will arive next week. ZPI bashers dont need to wait a few months cause they are already getting thier sh*t together now

 

It's promising to see a lot of customers are getting their orders fulfilled. Unfortunately, regardless of the reasons, a persons or business reputation can be easily tarnished and it takes a while to regain the trust of the people back. These new business practices are on the right path. I myself am still waiting for an order to be filled. Although it has taken over a week to be settled, the thing I appreciate the most is the honesty and communication I am now receiving.
A lot of customers complained that ZPI was ignoring or avoiding calls, email, and IM's. Keisha has been great in letting me know of my situation and doing everything to fix it. Now we'll just see when I get my order. ..
