1. they answered my emails and processed my order on a SUNDAY!
2. they answered all my emails after that super nicely and quickly!
3. my package was supposed to come in wednesday...BUT IT CAME IN TODAY! a package coming in earlier than expected?! whats the world coming to?!

hehe. sorry if i sounded overly excited. i just never had as positive experience with an online company, as i did with them. theyre some cool kats in my book
