Short version:

Bought a CAI from him, shipped the same day and got quickly, but was missing the vibration mounts. I contacted him, and a week later he replies saying he has them but is busy with school and will send it "soon." This was two weeks ago and I haven't heard back from him since >.< I understand being busy with finals, but I just need him to throw the two damn mounts in a bag and send it to me.

If anyone knows ptguy08, please let him know I need these so I can install the CAI!!!

Just wanna update saying he got me a $35 refund to cover the cost of buying new mounts, although he never actually contacted me. I guess he just didn't have them. I appreciate the refund, but I would have liked it if he would have been upfront about it.

He told me had had them sitting in his garage and was just busy with finals. Either way, I don't really care what his excuse was, I just wanted some form of communication, although I do appreciate accepting the request for a refund.

Hey it's cool since he got me the refund. I'm not bashing him, just sayin' what happened. I PM'd him about 7 times over the course of two weeks and e-mailed him twice with no response before filing the Paypal claim, which he accepted within an hour.

Overall I'm happy with the experience, because he shipped it the same day as receiving payment, but I just wanted him to respond back. No biggie though, it's all resolved now.
