PTUNING was always the best to deal with from stupid to technical questions they answered me. Always straight foward and dont beat around the bush.
Was EXTREMELY satified with everything they did/had. Definatly will recommend anyone and everyone to them

I bought head studs (07) from them when they first came out and they had good service.. forgot to give me the ARP lube so they overnighted it for free.
Good service but you guys are in love with them its weird

who cares? people love them is obviously for a reason, everytime I see you post you have to bring up how everyone is on there nuts or how everyones sweats them. obviously (again) its for a reason.
stop hating/trying to hate/bringing it up.

I've ordered parts and gotten several tunes from them, the service is top-notch along with the professionalism of the staff. I've called with technical questions on future mods and always gotten a fast and honest response, even if they didn't offer the services I was looking for. I would not go anywhere else for a tune. They are not discount, so if you plan on getting work done be prepared to pay ($250-400 for a tune, not sure on labor).
For online parts, they have a nice selection but there are other places to get universal parts cheaper; I do not use them as my first choice for bolt-ons. As a 1gen xB owner, I do wish they carried more internals / engine upgrades, especially with Justin's xA there as a potential test bench, but understand the small market may not support the up front R&D costs needed.

Ptuning is a great company, good customer service and offering great products to the scion community. Helps and give technical info whenever they can. They develop products out of something they did good R&D, tested and proven effective.. It simply weakens any critic, coz its already proven... period.
Their parts costs a lot-- not really but welcome to the scion world, numero uno complain.. They have a full shop with a full crew to run the business, their time, equipment, employees and R&D expenses has to get something in return unlike a small exhaust shop around the corner that does welding for a pack of beer and cigarettes lol. They offer quality and that could be pricey
