I brought the ABS CF front lip from this company. Everything went fine till it got to my house. The lip was crack. So i emailed Brain (since there's no number) and he got back to me very quick. I gave him what he needed, the pictured of the lip and box. The next day he sent me a Email saying i would get a new one in a couple of days.

Here the bad part, its been 2 weeks and still no answer. I have emailed you three times already!! I think i am screw the way things are going.

AS of right now Racing Solution Customer service is horrible. I cant even get an update. I mean i know your busy an all but no response in 2 weeks!!!

I mean what you guys think!!

i know he is out of stock on most of his lips, so it should ship out ASAP
he is only one man, doing the best he can for ya

i am still waiting on hearing back from him. i emailed him days ago about the cf lip kit for the xb. i think im gonna give up on this guy and buy the kit else where since he cant respond to an email or a pm that i sent him on here. makes me kinda nervous to do business with him.

no one is perfect, and he gets tons of PMs and emails from ppl everyday
so he may have skipped over or wutever
but hes usually pretty good about replying

 

I ordered a pillar pod from them about 3 weeks ago; I never got the part and they never answered to my emails but they still have my money.

 

i was going to purchase a lip kit for my xB from them, but i sent them a few emails and pms first cuz i had some questions...and i never heard back from them and this was almost 2 months ago. so i gave up and i will never do business with them at this point.

 

I ordered a CF hood through them around May 9th and was told it would be about 5-10 days to ship. Now its almost a month later and no hood. I've e-mailed them twice, and haven't heard a thing. I don't want to take this up a level, because I will if I don't hear from them soon.

 

yeah the same thing happened to me. i ordered my hood on the 2nd of may and still no hood. but they are on back order. i just talked to brian yesterday and upgraded to the vented hood because they have those in. he's just very busy and he is only one guy. he responded to me pretty quickly though. hopefully i'll have my hood next week

 

How did you learn they were on backorder? I actually just got mine in today, so I wasn't ripped off but I would have appreciated a response. Oh well, product makes me happy now.

knowing Brian myself... he does get extremely busy.. i'm sorry some you guys feel this way.. and he does what he can to please everyone. i've had great customer service myself.. and would still recommend his business despite how it might take a little while.

Well, from what I gathered, I guess my item had just been on back order so you should be straight, provided yours isn't either.

 

most of his carbon fiber products are backordered
lips,kits,hoods,spoilers

there is national shortage of carbon fiber, and his company that ships the products to him is a little behind schedule

FYI

hes supposed to be getting a shipment in on the 12th, from what he told me

 

the vented hood should be in stock but it hasnt shipped out yet. i ordered early this week

 

MOST of the parts he sells or ppl have ordered will arrive towards end of the month
just talked with Brian

im still waiting on c/f front lip

 

so i upgraded hoods for nothing than. what a waste of another 200 bucks

 

has anyone gotten their parts in from backorder yet? i still haven't gotten my hood. i talked to brian last week and set it would ship out last friday but i haven't heard anything from him since.
