RACING SOLUTION ???
I brought the ABS CF front lip from this company. Everything went fine till it got to my house. The lip was crack. So i emailed Brain (since there's no number) and he got back to me very quick. I gave him what he needed, the pictured of the lip and box. The next day he sent me a Email saying i would get a new one in a couple of days.
Here the bad part, its been 2 weeks and still no answer. I have emailed you three times already!! I think i am screw the way things are going.
AS of right now Racing Solution Customer service is horrible. I cant even get an update. I mean i know your busy an all but no response in 2 weeks!!!
I mean what you guys think!!

sorry your having this issue, but Brian is VERY good with customer service
i know he is out of stock on most of his lips, so it should ship out ASAP

i am still waiting on hearing back from him. i emailed him days ago about the cf lip kit for the xb. i think im gonna give up on this guy and buy the kit else where since he cant respond to an email or a pm that i sent him on here. makes me kinda nervous to do business with him.

i was going to purchase a lip kit for my xB from them, but i sent them a few emails and pms first cuz i had some questions...and i never heard back from them and this was almost 2 months ago. so i gave up and i will never do business with them at this point.
I ordered a CF hood through them around May 9th and was told it would be about 5-10 days to ship. Now its almost a month later and no hood. I've e-mailed them twice, and haven't heard a thing. I don't want to take this up a level, because I will if I don't hear from them soon.
yeah the same thing happened to me. i ordered my hood on the 2nd of may and still no hood. but they are on back order. i just talked to brian yesterday and upgraded to the vented hood because they have those in. he's just very busy and he is only one guy. he responded to me pretty quickly though. hopefully i'll have my hood next week

most of his carbon fiber products are backordered
lips,kits,hoods,spoilers
there is national shortage of carbon fiber, and his company that ships the products to him is a little behind schedule

MOST of the parts he sells or ppl have ordered will arrive towards end of the month

has anyone gotten their parts in from backorder yet? i still haven't gotten my hood. i talked to brian last week and set it would ship out last friday but i haven't heard anything from him since.
