Is Randode in Jail or Dead? I ordered cathode lighting Sep 23, 2007, three weeks ago. Money was payed through pay pal. Tried to get an order status for the past week and no one has responded. I even sent a PM here at the Scion forum. If I dont hear from him by this Friday I will try to recoup the money through Pay PAl. Must say that I am surprised at the lack of customer service, since almost everything I read about Randode was positive.

I had some issues too, ultimately used oznium and a local stereo shop as they were doing my system with lights anyway. Good luck.

 

yeah i just ordered it on sunday i still i havnt recvied any word of my status, if i dont recvie any word by the end of the week then i will take my order back and go to oznium

 

so yeah it sucks cause i need to file a dispute and all that
and its gonna take me a hwile to get my money back

 

Just an update, Randode got a hold of me and shipped my cathode lighting today, Friday October 12, 2007.
Took a while, but I am just glad he shipped it out.
