Hey, scionlife04, you're back. I've been PM'ing and emailing you at both addresses I have that I've never received the Scion XM tuner and antenna that I PayPal'd you for back on November 28th.

You said "i will ship it out on friday (12/17/04), guarenteed or i will refund your money."

I'm not sure what has happened, but it has been more than six weeks.

its odd.. you posted a thank you to the guy who said he might know someone interested.. but totally overlooked the post above that where someone is saying they never received the merchandise they paid for

care to clear that up ??

 

Thats just crazy! Dang people look who you are dealing with! Not trying to get into peoples business but you posted your own business! You should post and clear things up yo! If they are cleared i mean!

 

Look...that mike guy is full of it, he bought his own xm radio and i dont know what his problem is, i have a reciept. I have filed a complaint with the Admin because what he is doing is ridiculous. On top of that I am trying to sign over my title not sell something tiny ok, so his post will be rmeoved shortly and i will sell my box one way or the other.

 

oh and another thing if its been 6 weeks ask him why when he tried to file a complaint with paypal they told him they were not going to investigate it because i provided them documentation...enough said...and there are other people on this forum and on my ebay account (scionlife304) that I have done business with and never had a problem. EVER.

 

and not to discredit scionlifeo4 .. but i have had dealings with mike intexas and hes a good guy ... i dont know whats going on with their transaction .. but the one i had with mike went smoothly

I apologize if I offended anyone. I Paypal'd scionlife04 $150.00 on 11/28/04. I have not received the merchandise or a refund, either by Paypal or mail. I have PM'd (and the Admin can verify) about this but have not received a reply of any kind. I have tried to reach him when he is on AIM but he immediately logs off. I have sent emails to his scionlife email address and his Paypal email address and not received a reply.

I am not trying to make trouble. I just would like to know the status, as I am still out $150.00.

Yes, I did go out and get an XM tuner this month after 30 days had passed.

Correction: I just received a PM from scionlife04 while typing this that says "grow up sicko".

If someone has a suggestion for a better way to handle this, please let me know. My feeling is that ScionLife members look after ScionLife members. I've felt all along that there was some misunderstanding that could be resolved if he would just talk to me.

 

ok Mike if I didnt give you your product PROVE IT. Why hasnt paypal ripped me a new ahole? because thats what they do when people screw other people. and then you can also tell everyone why i have a 100% positive ebay rating and why people on this forum have dealt with me smoothly as well. you just decided to buy another radio and now you think you are entitled to something from me, honestly i dont know what you are trying to accomplish. but the next time you post something i am going to post the paypal complaint dept. statement and then im going to ask the admins to ban you. GROW UP.

 

Not to get into the middle of this but this is child sh*t ... Its all he said she said bull sh*t ... This is the FOR SALE thread and the SCION forum ... not air you dirty laundry ... If you have a problem deal with each other ... don't bring the whole board into it ... Not for nothing the admin's here really can't do ____ ... if you are so upset about the $150 then dispute the charge with your bank or credit card. Noone on ScionLife can help either of you ...
Let this guy sell is car and thats it ... take up the 150 with you credit card or bank ... nuff said!
