Avoid him at all costs, we had an agreement about a SW spoiler for 160. I paypaled the cash, waited about a week send some emails, he ignored some messages, eventually gave me some BS stories. Said he was going to refund the refund failed and now I am out 160 and he has ignored all lines of communication. Please ban his account.

since you paypal'd you can dispute! try that out.

 

Yeah I tried but Paypal gave me the run around and said since he doesn't have any funds in his account they cannot refund. So I am trying with my bank which I am not 100% confident in... truly no security against fraud what so ever.
