I ordered a pair of polyurethane paintable eyelids for my tC about 2 weeks ago. $40 after shipping. Didn't do the viynl ones just cuz i'm no good with viynl. So anyways, ordered 2 weeks ago and the site DOES NOT give out Tracking Numbers or even order updates! You can log into your account on their site but it won't give you a historical record of purchases made or anything. Pointless. I've called their phone # a couple of times and everytime left on hold forever until i give up.


I'm pretty confident i'll recieve them being that it's a HUGE reputable site, but i'm just disappointed in customer service and tracablility. I'm guessing it is just a special order item.
