Default Shore Scion in NJ BLOWS

The most horribloe experience I ever had. When I bought my TC I wanted white. It took them 2 months to tell me that they couoldn't get the color I wanted and that I was pretty much stuck with a black cherry one No biggie because they added 2 tone leather (HOT) and some other small things but c'mon 2 months? And no one ever returned my calls- I made all contact with them- it was like they didn't gaive a crap whether or not I bought the car. They knew how interested I was and it was like they didn't need my business. The basically laughted at me when I told them that I was only looking for 5 spd- because I'm a girl I suppose. They tried to talk me out of it and tried to get me to look at some automatic piece of garbage. Why don't they listen to what the consumer wants and give it to them? I live an hour away from the dealer and they made me go back and forth to sign papers and then to resign papers and to make deposits.... Bull. I wasted more time and money than I ever expected. And all they gave me was a tank of gas- that lasted only the way home. Then, my temp tag expired and my tags were no where to be found. It was another 2 weeks before my tags came. Losers. PLease, if you're thinking of going there to buy a car- take a drive to Turnersville or Cherry Hill- the service is much better. I now go to Cherry Hill to have my car serviced. I really like them.

Wow, I haven't been on Scion life that long, and it's really suprising me how you guys are being treated by these dealers. Make sure you contact Scion directly and let them know. We get scored on how our customers feel about our service so your complaint should be taken seriously.

I actually called Scion directly because I had signed a contract and took delivery of the car and about 2 weeks later, they called me and said that they needed me to come back down there to sign another contract. So I called scion and they got in touch with the dealership- Scion was so GREAT about everything. I would definitely buy another Scion but NOT from Shore Toyota/Scion. I swear, if it wasn't for Amy at Scion- I would've turned the car back in and bought a Honda or something.
