Last sunday I first read, SmackYOSELF's(steve) post selling his SC! His number was listed and i called him! He picked up right away. And we talked for about a half hour and i agreed to buy his SC!

Monday morning i paypal him 1300.00. He tells me he's going to call the dealership and call me as soon as he gets off the phone with them to let me know when they can remove his kit!

Never got a call... I call him no answer! 24 hours goes by its now tuesday he finnally texts me after calling him about 3 times!

He says the dealer ship will be removing tommrow and i will ship with as soon as i can! Well another day goes by before hearing from him and he says again there taking it out and he will ship tommorow!


I wait till friday and ask him for pictures of the kit taken out! and let me know once its shipped!

i get no reply! I call him twice and i get nothing!

Again i get a text saying he wont have time to ship it but the kits off the car and he will send me pics tonight!

Never got the pics friday night. Did not get no response from him on saturday or sunday!

And now its monday! And i called him all day to get a response saying he will ship it today and he lost my email, thats why he could not send me the pics!


And he gets out of work at 4Pm PST and to call him then.. I call him he tells me, hes going to send me the pics and ship the kit!

Thats the last i herd from him! Its now 9:04 EST, 6PM his time.. Ive sent him numersous text's and calls with no response. I let him know i would be making this post...


So steve if your reading this.. Please man Whats going on!? Is it on your car? Are you just this busy? Please let me know!

I know 1300 isint alot of money but its a good amount and i belive things should be moving a little faster here! and with more communication!

Update... As of today i still got nothing! And have not herd from him! If anyone knows him or can get ahold of him PLZ DO!

 

well, Just contacted CA state police. And got transfered to there sheriffs department.

He said they take internet fraud very serious. And the detective is looking into the paypal transaction and what not!

And this qualifys for grand larsony..


So steve when you read this... Before things get bad bro. Please let make some moves.

Just got a text from him saying it will be shipped as of today. Hopefully i get the tracking number! Wish me luck

Lol nah not scared. If I really planned on scamming someone, my physical address would not have been released, nor would my phone number, nor would my myspace. He sent me a ups tracking number yesterday! Shipped everything out but the ECU? Says he wants mine before he sends his! i dunno?

 

if it was that much effort to get the s/c i would just go to the dealership, pay and get the reflash just to avoid the headache

 

Well i recieved the supercharger.. As and im missing multipul parts! I didnt get the TRD oil pan. Either mounting bracket for SC. Oil t tap. Trd thermostat. ECU Flash module. trd rad hose. trd fuel line. CPS extension harness, and im sure im missing some bolts.... He says he forgot to send a box.... Yet i still have recieved no tracking number!!!!!!

Ahhh this never ends

sorry to hear ur head ache but thats why doing this type of "business" is never good....

NEVER give ur money away before u see or have the goods.... i understand it could be in a diff state but plans need to be made - 50% now, 50% on full items received...

its going to cost like 550 for the module and the reflash.

 

maybe u can borrow someones reflash module in your area. will that work?

best thing to do (i think is) buy a reflashed ecu from garage1217

 

hmmm then why do they want u to keep it after the ecu is reflashed? do u mean it only works on that ecu in that particular car?

 

I dont understand why you dont reverse the paypal charges. You will have your money back within a few hours.

to tell you the truth if i just got the mounts for the SC, and the reflash module.. I would be happy!


The guys at turbochargers.com said he could flash my ecu with a already used flash module.. not sure if thats true or not?
