Default Spec-D

Hello all let me tell you my story in dealing with Spec-D

I bought projector headlights for my 06 XB and thought they were plug and play. I bought them from a company and it took a week to get to me. I tried to install them, but noticed a problem. The headlights were great on the passenger side, but the drivers side was opposite. The drivers side was High Beam on Low Beam and Low Beam on High Beam. We took them off and compared wiring to the other side. I noticed that 2 wires are opposite. Then we had to cut and splice the wires to make it work properly. I checked this all with normal bulbs installed with it then installed my 9006 HID kit onto it. I contacted the company I bought them from and told them everything with pictures included. He basically told me "That is what you get for buiying aftermarket projector headlights." I then went to contact Spec-D about the problem. He kept asking me "and your problem is" I simply stated I want him to know that he has defective products in his warehouse and needs to check them. He just kept asking me "and your problem is" and I just wanted him to know about this problem and needs to check it. I will never buy any Spec-D products ever again. They didn't offer any kind of customer service to me from either company and am very ticked off about this. Thank you for at least reading this. Be warned about Spec-D products or anything associated with them.
