I am having issues with these guys. I ordered a shift **** from them June 28th that they appeared to have in stock. Well, they didn't. Took them 3 days to resond to my email after they charged my card to tell me they sent the order to their vendor and that my card hadn't been charged. It was. I emailed them back saying i felt mislead and that my card had been charged, and that if i did not recieve it July 24 i would cancel the order and call the bank. No response as of today 7/20/07 and their site says my order is still processing. No answer by phone and i took into consideration the time difference. So i emailed them back asking them poiltely to cancel my order. I will call the bank tomorrow and try to call back the funds since i haven't heard from these fools. I can't believe so much trouble over a damn shift ****. I want to burn something.

 

I am curious if you were able to get this resolved

 

I never got the ****. They said it had shipped after i canceled the order. Then they said that was a mistake and the order was canceled. I never got a refund but i told them where to stick it. I would seriously discourage anyone from doing business with these guys. They don't have it together at all.
