dude i have been waiting for 5 weeks, going into 6 weeks for the lip kit i ordered through them, I have called many times with no answer, emailed profusly with no reply. the customer service sucks ___, i am running out of things to do till i cancel on there asses.. Thankfully nothing has been charged to my credit card.

 

me too dude im still waiting.... that web site and the customer service sucks!!!!!!! dont buy anything!!!! ive benn trying to call for ever and still no answer!!!!! they didnt charge my creditcard either but still.... a big NO!!!

 

Still waiting as well since last post, going on 3 months now. I gave up, even sent them many emails, INCLUDING a cancel order email, not even a reply to that.

 

they don't even have a lip kit listed anymore for a tC when i just looked. but a lot of places are on back order for anything CF

 

I waited a good month and a half to get my body kit...cancelled my order twice, sent them multiple e-mails...so frustrating. I wouldn't buy there again.

 

FINALLY an answer!!! they e-mailed me this morning saying that my order will ship out in the next 48 hours.... hopefully

CF side skirts... they said that mine was a special order... and they thank me for waiting.... for being patient.... hope everything is true!

I never got what i ordered from them, i ended up sending the the cancel order email according to their policy on that, i never did get a confirmation email of the canceled order.. but o well, the credit card that i used for the order is closed.

 

i never got what ive ordered from them i got ____ed and cancel the order! but that wasnt enough for me i wen to my bank and cancelled my credit card! and just got a new one... so i f they ever decide to get my money ill tell them to go for it! a**holes

 

Yeah.. they got some crappy customer service.. they never answer their customer service phone number, never reply to any emails.. i don't even think that they are even open anymore.. seeing as how many people complain of never getting a hold of them.

 

i think i read somewhere that carbon fiber is very hard to find because the military is taking a hold on resources, one being carbon fiber thats why its been back ordered for a while....im sure they want to sell you it and make money its just they prolly dont have any to give out, and they wanna lead you on until they can send it out, anyone have any recent updates on their orders coming through i read the site today and didnt have a back order indicator

 

Wow, I sure wish i had read this before ordering from them. My order "was shipped on june 10th and should take 5-7 business days" well.. today is june 30th. and if im doing my math right, thats more then 5-7 business days. also on the 8th day i messaged them on AIM, and they said "ooh on that type of order (my rs1 cf lip) it could take a week or two" well..two weeks= 14 days. today is day 20. the guys that operate the AIM are very nice (matt and steve) and have been helpful, but still nothing is getting accomplished. if the order is not here by friday i am cancelling the order and going to talk to my bank about canceling the card, problem is that all my auto pay stuff (credit cards, tC payments) are on this same card. so i wonder if there is a way to block the company. because on the site it says there will be a shipping fee i have to pay if i cancel now. FORGET THAT. if i dont get what i order, im not paying anything. guys, PLEASEEEEEE dont order anything from Streetstyler.com . Please.

 

Just filed a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) Id recommend anyone else that has had a problem with streetstyler do the same.

 

this is odd, i hear bad things but I have ordered a couple things from them when I had my civic, without one issue. I guess times change, to many horror stories to go with them.
