hey all...for anyone who is wondering...tctunerz is horrible! i have been sending them countless emails to see what is the progress of a part i ordered and they have yet to respond to them. then i called my credit card company and they have yet to even charge me for it. these people suck a nut. i ordered it on jan 4th and it is now the 17th and I have yet to even recieve any kind of notification of where this part is. dont trust them at all. scam artists, the lot of them. just a little info so no one else gets burned. peace
It sucks waiting for a response from some of the sites out there, but I dont know if I would call them a scam, look on the bright side they didnt charge your credit card anything. IMO they would be a scam if they charged you and ignored your emails. Just my 2 cents
ok, so lets look at it this way.... you went on their site and ordered part, just like 65,000 other people. They are a small company so it probably takes them awhile to process orders, being that they have a huge response to some of their parts obviously if it caught ur attention. Itss been 10 buisness days if that. I wouldnt go slandering a company and telling people they scammed you if they havent. they didnt charge you, didnt tell you they were shipping the part or even received the order. so they have done nothing wrong. They simply have not gotten around to order number 23,569 out of countless more. Im not saying that they have fanatical customer service, but they certainly arent scamming you.

while they might be backed up, if i send you something one day and you dont respond to it by the 10th day, theres something wrong....i mean if they got no time to get to my order, y would i do business with them, plus if they cant get to my order, they need sum more people working over there...look i firmly believe that stores or any place of commerce should cater to their customers wishes...maybe i am from a different school of though that the customer is always right and ____ing the customer off is a sure way to keep from making any money in a business
i ordered from tctunerz on december 27 and its the 17 of january and it still has not shipped but he has called me and let me know that what i ordered could take 2-3 weeks because k&n had to ship them more intakes....only thing is he took my money like a day later....i wish he hadn't but at least he talks to me.....i wouldn't call him a scam ....when i get my order ill let yall know
Tctunerz is a backyard operation. You can erase all thoughts of a real "business" type operation coming from those guys.

yeah, thats definitely not how you do business... charged or not, customers deserve to be notified
its like going to lowes and asking for help to put down an item from the rack and getting ignored for hours or something.

SO long as he hasn't taken your money, you have the upper hand. If you dislike his buisiness methods, let him know by calling directly, or even cancel the order and buy from someone else. (call you card company and make sure they dont accept any charges if you cancel) I had I little problem with Hopupracing.com and I canceled the order even though I have been satified with previous orders from them.

i already notified my credit card company of this fiasco so they know not to accept any charges but im just ____ed about the lack of customer support....i mean cmon people...u need happy customers to thrive in business...and i aint crying son...im warning you people so no one has to deal with this crap...if you want to be rude about it then KEEP YOUR FREAKIN OPINION TO URSELF!!...i didnt ask for ur sympathy or anything...since u voiced ur opinion allow me to voice mine....u r a punk who is angry that u got the ice cream truck instead of a TC....ha ha ha....i think u gotta make ur runs for the kiddies so they can get their choco taco's
i dont think they're scam artists. a lot of companies sometimes lose the order or something so they don't even have your contact information to begin with; i kinda had the same problem like urs with companies like dell, and i don't think dell is a company full of scammers. sites make mistakes, and it sucks that you were the recieving end of one.
quick isn't a bad guy, IkonX is the one that started all the crap about him, saying that he rips tons of people off, when there was only one real problem, everyone else just gets on teh boat with him
