Springs ordered late evening 09/30/06 and money promptly taken 10/02/06.
Throughout the ordering process no ETA on parts was listed, which is mostly my fault, since I was attempting to order them for install 2 weeks later and never really made an inquiry if they were in stock.

I was annoyed my money was taken immediately and I had to "nag" to get any ETAs via PM or AIM. I finally received the springs yesterday and they were installed almost immediately.

I should mention I was provided with a tracking number to get them from the warehouse in Tampa to Hialeah (sitting overnight in Orlando) and then again from Hialeah to Orlando. I undertand that there are rules that needed to follow but the entire process would have been nicer if TPD was willing to just be more straightforward with me and/or give me any potential ETA instead of having so many "delays."

I'm in no way bashing or attempting to hurt TPD but wanted to give my feedback.

 

Yea TPD has been very good to me. But I was sent only 1 box with my Greddy kit. Just waiting on my Intercooler box, and possibly a tracking #.

 

I thought you were selling your box?

 

my dt exhaust is already on it way by DHL. i have no problems with TPD except Greddy are idiots for shipping the exhaust from ca to fl then from tpd to back to me.

its all good, im getting it the day i told him i want to.

 

TPD isn't in Pembroke Pines they are in Hialeah so I watched the package go through Orlando due to some technically w/ the vendor.

I won't be ordering from them again.

 

I ordered an intake for my 07 tc on the 11th of Oct. TPD said they wouldn't receive it for a week, no prob. after that it has been nothing but excuses.

I was told they sold it to someone else and they would ship one on the 1st.

I said if I didn't get a tracking # I would open a dispute with paypal. No tracking # or email so I opened a dispute.

Now I have to wait to see what happens.

I just want my intake.
