Default TY, Dezod

purchased 2 items from Dezod, total came to about $775, paid extra for 2nd day air, and i get the package today, and only 1 item i ordered is in there, and the package says "1 out of 1"

what gives? this is my first order from dezod, have always heard good things, anyway i just sent an email over there but wont hear anything til tomorrow.

I have huge plans Saturday to make good use of these parts, me and my dad both took of work, looks like it wont happen now.

Unless there is a hugely good reason Dezod only sent half the order, -1 in my book, guys.

EDIT 3/13/09: CHANGED TITLE TO "TY, DEZOD"

wow dude you dont understand whats riding on these parts, i took off work and everything, rented a truck and trailer, i almost bought used parts but decided not to because i needed these quick.

i mean, yeah, everybody makes mistakes. but does that mean i need to just brush it off? no, i dont think so. im not ____ED, just a little irritated due to the situation.

Hopefully they can make things right.

Trust me, i work in sales, and when i make a mistake, people are unforgiving. and i express my utmost apologies when i do f*ck up. it happens, but that doesnt mean its okay.

i work in sales too so i know how unforgiving people are thats why i try not to be like that. i just think you jumped the gun a little. Part of your order comes in and you dont know one way or the other what the deal is with the rest of it. you just come on a public forum and start bashing them

okay...dude, first off, WHAT did you order from dezod? when did you place the order. also, check your email, they usually send you updates about your order, whether it is in stock, when it has shipped, and a tracking number.

are they items they have in stock on their selves or are they something the order from the manufacturer?

when i ordered my dezod brake kit from them, the rotors and pads arrived separately since they were powerslot rotors and axxis ultimate pads, so i presume they ship from a warehouse or manufacturer.

when one arrived before the other, i just placed a friendly phone call they assured me that the

It could just have been shipped separately. It won't always be that both packages are linked. It is possible that the first part just came in early...

one thing you should find out when ordering something urgent is if the seller has it in stock and ready to ship.. you may have a point complaining but before you make huge arrangements be sure the seller guarantees they will get your stuff at your target time.. or even better have everything in your possession first then schedule the work..

the harness is probably shipped from boomslang fabrications, so you have to wait for them.

you should call instead of online orders. Dezod is sometimes out of stock. Paul would be the first to be up front with you about things. Call him up. Im sure when he gets it in stock it'll get shipped out 2nd day air

First question I have for you is what is your order ID?

I will find out what is going on, but without details on orders and the notes, you're guess is as good as mine.

If you EVER have questions about stock or availability of an item, please feel free to call or email us to check stock on it. We will gladly let you know what the real deal is.

Note: Phone orders are not necessarily faster or anything BTW.

why werent you smart and waited till you got the part FIRST before holding a prayer on shipping.... that way if anything was wrong your plans would not have been screwed up... seems like a smarter way of going about things then just making plans on the fly??

dezod is FTW also.. and paul usually handles everything and anything 100% on point when orders get messed up..

next time just call them before making a thread.. and make plans when u get parts in.
