i ordered a grille directly from the vrd page last month, the next day i get conformation on package and everything was correct on my e-mail. i go to track the item and notice they put the wrong address so the package gets delivered to the wrong city and county 3 times, i notified them as soon as i saw that and was told they'll call me back wich never happend. i call everyday since they dont and have to re explain my story everytime. vrd's solution was try to find a package that somebody signed for in the wrong county, and get it shipped back to them then re shipped to me hopefully in a week or so becuase they wouldn't ship another one out. a couple of weeks later nothing, so i made it a legal matter with the bank and reported over the internet fraud wich they were notified of. my package should be here monday, now was all this necessary for thier mistake. this maybe one or two employees but they represent vrd as a whole
