Default what do i do?

i ordered a set of g-games wheels form NGA Motorsports, and one of them was damaged during shipping. there's a nick in one of the wheels on the side by the lip and it caused a bubble in the lip itself. g-games is saying that the problem was because a weight got banged into the wheel during the balancing, but that's basically ridiculous. any half a$$ed wheel place would put the weight onto the back of the wheel and not onto the damned nice shiny machined lip. not only that, but this is one of the highest end wheel places in long island. they do installs and wheel sales for most of the hooked up ferraris, lamborghinis, mercedes, and so on in my area. they use a touchless mounting machine on all wheels as well, so there's no chance that it was from the mounting either. basically, the place i got them from is telling me that there's nothing they can do, take it up with the distributor, who already said that it was from the weights being put on. fedex told me that they can cover the shipping basically, but that's about it. i'm honestly going to just call my credit card company and file a dispute if no one can do anything for me. i'm just extremely ____ed off right now and i'm not sure what to do. any suggestions for me? here are pictures from the original post i put up when i got the wheels. at the bottom are pics of the box and the wheel.
