Default What you NEED to know about RacingSolution

Hi, it's me, Draven - I'm sure some of you know me. Hell, some of you have nearly pushed me to sell my tC because of your crappy businesses. There are two shops that I have had good experiences - one of which is McGeorgeParts. For now, though, I need you to hear about RacingSolution.

I should be considered an expert on getting bent over by online businesses now with the experiences I've had. I've tossed up nearly $5000 on businesses I've found through ScionLife, (ultimately the #1 Scion site, rivaling Scion.com itself I'm sure), only to fight to get it back. All of you should now know that you should stay well away from tCtunerz, or tunerZnetwork or any of the affiliated sites. If you don't know this, please refer to this post. Also, one I haven't elaborated on nearly enough is that it would probably do you well to stay away from ScionSpeed as well.

I ordered a ScionSpeed turbo kit from RacingSolution at the end of February. I had faith in SS's product; it looked superior to the other kits even after the other kits started coming out. In the end, however, their kit is/has become what we in the computer business call vaporware - product that has been delayed so long that it will never be released. Yes, a couple of people have gotten their ScionSpeed kits but they had to go to their shop in southern Florida to get it. Sorry - but even when I was unemployed with all the time in the world, that was too far of a drive for me.

Recently it was uncovered that ScionSpeed's car was going to be featured in Modified Mag. I, along with some other preorders of theirs, not to mention Brian, pretty much snapped about that point. Unfortunately for me, Brian was the middleman in this transaction, and I didn't want to hurt his business for their screwup because of past positive experiences, so I was at an impass.

Brian at RacingSolution is fronting the money to buy replacement kits from ScionSpeed's competitor, Zero Point Industries. We're talking several thousand dollars out of his own pocket to help out his customers before getting money in return from ScionSpeed, who he said he can't seem to get in contact with. Not after, not in possibly 6-12 months - now. He's putting his cash on the line for his customers, and I can't think of anything more that a small business owner who really means business could do to top that in the way of customer service.
I nominate RacingSolution to be a highly featured business in the ScionLife community. I think that anybody who needs parts should buy from there. Not just because Brian is a great guy and can take care of people but because he needs the money to cover the cost of these kits. After I got off the phone with him and Kenny@ZPI today I actually spent another $250 at RacingSolution.

Buy from RacingSolution! Distribute through RacingSolution! You'll be glad you did.

ZPI should be given credit too, for teaming up with Brian to pull this off. You guys really need to know that Brian @ Racingsolution is definitely a good guy to shovel your hard(ly) earned money at.

Word. I had a k&n cai unexplainably delayed from RS not too far back, Brain saw the post i made and 2 days later it came in the mail. BRIAN you ROCK! Thanks for all your hard work. Im tired of hearing about and dealing with deabeat online sellers. And Draven is right man, tctunerz is totally f-ed and way to shady. Check out their BBB score on BetterBusinessBureau's website. it says something to the effect of HIGH WARNING!
